Folio Desk is the demonstration name used on this website. It is not an incorporated company, and it is not a broker-dealer or an investment adviser. These terms cover your use of the Folio preview.

There is no account, no subscription, and no order on this site. You may open the pages and type a question in the sample chat. The chat does not create a client, advisory, or brokerage relationship.

Replies in the chat are written samples. Figures, page citations, and company comparisons in those replies are invented for the layout. They are not taken from a live filing, and they are not updated.
